The first time I read THE MAZE RUNNER by James Dashner, I thought to myself: this would make such a great film. The combination of the fast plot and the action-packed scenes kept me on the edge of my seat. So to me, it was no surprise when I found out that the book had been optioned for film.
I’m super excited that THE MAZE RUNNER film is finally coming out. Not only did I enjoy the book, but Teen Wolf star Dylan O’Brien had been cast as the lead! Dylan O’Brien’s character is my favorite on the show, so I’m excited to see him jump from the goofy sidekick to the leading man.
I’m not a huge fan of YA film adaptations, but THE MAZE RUNNER is one of the few films that I’m actually excited about. Every poster and trailer I’ve seen so far has been awesome!
When Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) wakes up trapped in a massive maze with a group of other boys, he has no memory of the outside world other than strange dreams about a mysterious organization known as W.C.K.D.
