What is the book you are currently pushing?
Since the last month, I have been telling people to read ANNA AND THE FRENCH KISS. I still can’t quite get over on how great it was. If someone asks me for a book to read, it’s always the first that pops out.
What are you reading now and why are you reading it?
“We Wish to Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed with Our Families” – a non-fiction about Rwanda. My friend Arthur recommended it to me. Not my usual read but I’m giving it an honest attempt. So far so good.
I’m a new follower from the hop. Nice to meet ya!

Anna and the French Kiss was amazing. I adored it!!! I just finished The Wake Trilogy by LIsa McMann and loved it so much!!!!
Books I’d push: Firelight by Sophie Jordan (to get ready for Vanish – the sequel).
I think I need to be pushed harder to read this one. I heard great things but I haven’t been really convinced to read it.
lol, your review was one of the reasons I picked up Anna last week at the library. But I still haven’t gotten to it yet…It’s just staring at me from my shelf. D:
YESS!!!! I want to spread the Anna love as much as possible, haha. I hope you get to it soon!! It’s begging to be read.
I’m your newest follower! Hopping by to check in; visit in turn if you can.
The book I’m pushing is Fatty Legs, a terrific story of a girl’s unbroken spirit in the face of hostility and alienation.
You can read my review of it here:

I really need to read more non-fiction. I did just receive one for review so I’ll have to start that next, I think.

have a great weekend
Good answer! The answer on my book blog is a little embarassing; it’s a book that’s been sitting on my TBR pile for a year.
To my shame, I only opened the book because I remember it contained an Amazon gift card.

Hopping through. If you like the Rwanda book, you might enjoy First They Killed My Father by Luong Ung. It’s about the Khmer Rouge.
My Hop
Hello! I’m just stopping by on the Blog Hop. ‘Anna and the French Kiss’ is on my TBR pile and the non-fiction book about Rwanda sounds really interesting. I saw a movie called ‘Hotel Rwanda’ (are you familar?) but I guess I don’t completely understand just what happened besides many people died. That’ll probably be my next read.
I’m a new follower! Feel free to stop by any time!

Hey Jude,
Thanks for popping by. There is actually a section in the book that focuses on the story behind the film Hotel Rwanda (if you didn’t know, it’s based on a true story!).
Oh,I haven’t read that one yet. Last year I read a whole slew of books about Rwanda & that general region of Africa. Quite sobering.
Hopping by to say have a great weekend!

I’m reading 4 or 5 things right now. Just started reading Trickster’s Girl by Hilari Bell, am also in the middle of The Great Wall of Lucy Wu by Wendy Wan-Long Shang, which I’m reading for the 2011 Debut Authors Challenge. Plus, I’m reading Slice of Cherry by Dia Reeves, but only a few pages at a time, because it is even scarier and more intense than I had expected!
Hey there, just stopping by via the hop. Great blog you have here!
I LOVE Harry Potter (who doesn’t)
