Ahoy, there!

Muggle-Born.net is a blog mostly on young adult book reviews. My name is Cialina, and I am a college student living in New York City. I love Harry Potter, coffee, and bookstores.

I am currently accepting review requests from select publishers and authors. I do not accept titles from self-published authors and have no plans to do so in the future. For more on my review policy and rating system, click here.

I read more than I anticipated in February. I couldn’t believe it! I think it’s the combination of audiobooks and ebooks as well as the pressure that my review pile is putting on me. I’m determined to keep up with my reading this month!

The Pile

February will be dedicated to reading all the egalleys that I’ve accumulated on my nook in the last month. And just to add a book for fun, I checked out an ebook from my library!

  1. Thumped by Megan McCafferty – I wanted this book ever since I finished reading Bumped!
  2. A Rogue By Any Other Name by Sarah MacLean – Oh my gosh, one of my favorite romance authors came out with a book. Gotta read it ASAP.
  3. This is Not A Test by Courtney Summers – This one was on my February TBR pile but I unfortunately was not able to get to it last month.
  4. Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers
  5. The Academie by Susanne Dunlap
  6. I’d Tell You I Love You But Then I’ll Have to Kill You by Ally Carter
  7. Scary School by Derek the Ghost
  8. The Hero’s Guide to Saving Your Kingdom by Christopher Healy

Looking forward to hearing what you think about This is Not A Test– I’m pretty excited to see what Summers will do with such a different genre from her norm :O

  • Oh yay! Grave Mercy and The Academie are on my list for this month as well! I hope we both like them! :) And I also have I’d Tell you I love you, but I’m not sure when I’ll get to it. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! :)

  • I really want to read Bumped and Thumped!
The Gallagher Girls series is really good, although I personally prefer the second and third books to the first…
By the way, I left you a little something on my blog :)
